LEÃO DA ESTRELA

RGMA was responsible for the complete renovation of the Leão da Estrela building, located in the historic Estrela district of Lisbon. The project involved preserving the original 19th-century façade, with its wrought iron details and traditional tiles, while completely rebuilding the interior to meet modern standards.

 

The building comprises 4 exclusive apartments, each occupying an entire floor, featuring spacious areas, high ceilings, and high-end finishes. The interior design respects traditional Portuguese style, creating elegant, authentic, and welcoming environments.

 

The building was redesigned to ensure comfort, functionality, and energy efficiency, while preserving the identity and charm of the location.
